I grew up extremely shy and introverted and had huge fear of public speaking.

One time in school when I was about 9 years old I almost passed out from fear when I had to give a book report in front of the whole class of my peers.

But I couldn't say no to the master of the karate school... maybe you "have to be there", but it's pretty hard to tell the karate master "NO", so I taught the class.

And I couldn't believe it, but I loved it.

Flash forward a few more years, and I was absolutely hooked and addicted to presenting and teaching.
